How to Make It

Step 01
Prep the guava

Halve guavas and scoop flesh. Guava skin is edible but seeds are very hard โ€” blend the flesh first, then strain. The pink-fleshed variety creates a vivid coral smoothie that stands out among all tropical fruits.

Scoop the passion fruit

Halve passion fruits and scoop seeds and pulp directly into the blender. Do not strain โ€” the seeds add texture and the traditional Brazilian way keeps everything whole. The seeds are edible and nutritious.

Blend and balance

Blend guava, passion fruit, banana, and coconut water until smooth. Add lime juice and honey. Taste โ€” passion fruit is very tart. The honey and banana balance it. Pour over ice. Top with passion fruit seeds from one extra fruit.
